「Los servicios del hotel están muy por debajo del precio que cobran.
Durante mi estadía:
(1) No funcionaba la llave del lavamanos.
(2) No rellenaron los depósitos de gel de baño ni shampoo.
(3) Aunque la conexión al router funciona, el internet no sirve.
(4) El televisor está bloqueado para la conexión a internet.
(5) Hace falta un coworking funcional en comodidad y conectividad.」

「ホテルのオーナーと従業員がみなとても感じがよくフレンドリーでした。朝食も、ボリュームがあり、選択肢の幅も広く満足でした。中庭が広く心地よく過ごせました。ホテルの提携するアマゾンツアーにも参加しましたが、カッパ、長靴もしっかりしたものを貸してくれよかったです。ツアーの内容もピラニア釣りをしたりナイトサファリでワニを探しに行ったりたくさんのアクティビティがあり大満足でした。」

「We stayed at On Vacation Amazon near Leticia from 31 October to 3 November 2025. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short of expectations, and I would not recommend this property nor the affiliated SelvaTours operator to other travellers.
