「年末にSparsa Resorts (Kanyakumari)に泊まりました。清潔で近代的でおしゃれなホテルです。立地もよく、部屋からサンセットが見えますし、海沿いに歩いて岬のガートまで行って朝日を見ることもできます。 しかし、あるフロントの男性は、 ・カジュアルな服装で行った私をチェックイン時にあまり快く受け入れてくれなかった ・何の説明もなしに「ゴミ置き場」の正面の部屋に入れられた ・バスの時間を確認せずに間違って知らせた など、サービスについては満足できるものではありませんでした。 また、レストランでビールなどアルコール類が飲めないということも残念でしたが、バーに夕食を持ってきてもらうことができました。」

「We stayed at Hotels Umaiyyal Home Stay for 3 nights. The rooms are very good and spacious. They were tidy and well-maintained. However, during our stay, the lifts were not operational. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required. 「The staff were decent and I liked the chalet like rooms for number of people we had in the group. Each chalet had a king bed and a twin bed. That part was great. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest nor the towels. The hot water took an hour to come through the shower and one of the rooms wouldn’t drain water (they did accommodate to shower in another room).
