One complaint I have is that the price of 3 years child is not added to the total price when making booking. It's not only until after paying for the reservation that I receive an email from the hotel that there is an extra charge for 3 years old child. This is totally unacceptable, I am ok for this extra charge but this should be noted in advance, not after I have paid the non-refundable...

Various hot spring baths and a private one, outside, attached to our Japanese style room. Height of doorways can be a problem if you are tall. I'm an early riser, they don't serve breakfast until 8 a.m."

"子供がお泊まりで遊びに行ったので急遽夫婦でお邪魔しました。温泉もお部屋も従業員の皆様も最高でした。 特に夜ごはんのお料理。料理長さんだと思いますがとても感じがよく全てのものが美味しくて感動でした。女性の店員さんもとても感じがよく色々お話していただけて時間ももう終わりなんだって位2時間近くの食事が楽しく幸せな時間でした。 たまたま主人が持っていたバッグが素敵ですねと言っていただいたのでお誕生日が明後日なのでプレゼントしたんですと会話させていただいたら朝食時にお誕生日と伺ったのでとホテルからプレゼントですと頂いてしまってでもその気持ちやちょっとした会話を覚えて頂けてたのが嬉しかったです。 本当にお世話になりました。"
