"Fantastic stay. very nice beach.....swim, snorkel right from hotel. The good: Location - I would rather stay at Vakaloa (30+ minutes from Nuku'alofa than the other way around. Beachfront - Sloped beach.... and coral, but sandy (crushed coral).... can walk barefoot Kayak - They were free to borrow Snorkeling - Free snorkel gear. You could see some fish right out front....but a great spot about a ten minute walk up the beach. Bicycle - Free bicycle to cruise around the...

"Great little hotel away from all the hustle and bustle of town. Daily buffet breakfast at Little Italy was fulfilling. Boys enjoyed swimming in the pool to cool down after a day of sightseeing. "The room was basic. Clean enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fast internet. Bed comfortable. Well lit. There was no view, TV or fridge. The shower was very good. Price was ok. We encountered issues here and there, like toilet clogged, leakage, falling rails, but the staff and owner helped us readily. There is parking space. They won't reply to messages much. They are magnificent people who are willing to help though. Please say hello to the resident puppies as well when you get there."

"The place is a great option while in Nuku’alofa. Is one of the few places with active restaurant on a Sunday. If you have a Sunday stay, don’t think about it twice. The place is in good shape ànd the beds are king size ànd really comfortable. You can see à bit of the wear and tear over the years but nothing major. Perfect for a short stay while in town."
