Requested extra towels which were promptly delivered. Engelberg was the best decision to stay, away from the crowds. If looking for beautiful Alps experience, this place is it. Fridges for each room conveniently marked. Just wish toiletries were provided too. Also a suggestion for owner to put signs “watch your step” there are lots of little steps everywhere that are not visible and I had a could be fatal fall. But this is a great concept and no hassle check in and check out. I was a little hesitant first of self check in but the ease of app makes it a breeze. "
