"What a lovely hotel find! Tucked away just off the street so it’s nice and quiet. 5 minutes walk to the main square. The staff were lovely and so friendly and helpful, with lots of advice! Only thing I’d say is the bottles of water. Great to give guests unlimited water, but maybe a water cooler so not so many plastic bottles… not a criticism, just a suggestion!"

"The property is well maintained and very clean and the staff were extremely friendly! Breakfast was also excellent! The gentleman at the check in desk when we checked in was gracious and was able to secure a parking spot for us in the underground lot as well, which is good because otherwise the streets were so narrow and crowded around the hotel, there was no where to park. Overall, we had a great stay. The only negative is getting to the location of the hotel down the very narrow roads. "

"The property was very clean and the staff were great! They provided round airport shuttle for a fee lower rhat regular taxi. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We arrived a little earlier rhan checking time but were able to occupied the room."

House keepers were very efficient each day with cleaning the room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped with any request we had. Fantastic stay in Tirana."

"As a frequent traveler, I’ve been to several hotels and I must say that TROCI HOTEL has the best customer service, their rooms are spacious and CLEAN. I’ve never experienced an affordable luxury like this before. I stayed in the room with the jacuzzi and it was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in my life.
