「Room was very clean. Hotel interior was very impressive a beautiful marble staircase. The reason I scored a little low was was the exterior of the hotel definitely need some maintenance. It is really showing its age. I couldn't really comment positively on the staff because there wasn't any. This is due to this being a unique hotel and having an electronic booking system where there is no reception but you do everything online. And this also includes getting your barcode for your hotel room....

「Location of the hotel was perfect for walking to Ascona and Locarno. Acceptable parking fee thru hotel. Hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was good and have different variety. Pet friendly. Staff were nice and accomodating.」
