「The property was wonderful, the staff was incredible. Great location and food was really good. Pool was amazing. The only thing I would change would be the access to the hot tub/steam room. One has to pay to use it as a massage service. Access to it would be nice with out charging for it. Other than that, its a wonder hotel.」

Mi habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y contaba con todo lo necesario: aire acondicionado y televisión por satélite. Además, el personal fue muy amable en todo momento y el desayuno estaba delicioso. ¡Muy recomendable!」

「This property appears to be for long-stay Colombians who are in Manizales for business. I really enjoyed my stay. The traffic noise from the street was a lot to deal with, but I used ear plugs. The breakfast was simple and delicious and served by courteous staff. Speaking Spanish would be big plus here. It is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to travellers.」

「Ran out of toilet paper and it never got replaced , we saw a cockroach one night , the shower was either extremely hot or very cold , and there was no ac or anywhere to put your clothes , will not be back」

「The staff was fine and we had no issues with the customer service, the (3) issues are regarding the hotel itself. Bugs. We kept the windows closed at all times but a few times when we came back I would have to deal with a spider or the bug the size of a medium cockroach. The shower. While the shower itself is nice and has hot water, the issue is the shower head isn't movable so you shoulder keeps bumping into the wall and it's very uncomfortable. Paper thing walls. 「El hotel es super ideal para familias con niños, es super agradable y tranquilo para descansar. Las areas comunes fueron excelentes par ami hijo pequeño hacer amistad con otro nibo turista y jugar futbol. El hotel esta cercano al pueblo y al Valle del Cocora y con excelente opcion de restaurante si prefieres regresar a tu hotel y comer. Tambien tiene el restaurnate Laurita al lado que tiene una trucha fabulosa. El desayuno super completo y variado y mis hijos tambien quedaron satisfechos. ...
