"The rooms are clean, though the area is very humid and rooms felt damp. The complimentary breakfast is quite good, typical Colombian food, hot chocolate or coffee. The view from points around the hotel property are spectacular. The hotels outside of Salento appear better than this inn town and the property is only a short drive from town. The staff is very helpful and friendly."

The team was super helpful in assisting us with organizing transport and providing tips on what to do in the region. The food was amazing and the best we had in Salento and surroundings for sure! "

"I think this is a great place to stay when visiting Armenia and the surrounding areas. The location is perfect and can be a home base when traveling to surrounding towns and attractions. It is on a pedestrian-only street so there is no noise from traffic. It can get loud on the street on the weekend so request a room at the back of the hotel. The security is very good, the hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and kind. This is a great hotel for the price and after spending an entire week here,...

"After having a confirmed and paid for reservation , upon arrival at the hotel the incompetent front desk clerk could not find my booking ! As I began discussing his incompetence in using his phone , computer he got flustered and called the police..!!! After showing the police my confirmed res and paid visa receipt they took my side and nearly arrested the ignorant clerk. "

"The location was great. The beds are very bad. Hard as a rock. I had a reservation for 6 days and they only booked me for 5 Days. Had to change rooms on the last night."

"Ecoparadise is located in a rural area of Pereira so if you dont have a car, you are pretty much far from stores, restaurants etc. There is a restaurant on site that serves delicious Colombian food. The staff is very attentive and are always available. The cabin is beautiful and having your own pool was the highlight! Very peaceful surroundings. Great place to get away and just relax!"
