"Fantastic amenities such as pool, bowling and other activities. Good, quiet location and a nice walk by the river bank and the wooden village to the city. Clean, nice staff, beautiful design with traditional Moravian blue print. There is so much to see in this hotel that it should be an attraction on its own, definitely worth the visit. "

"​I traveled there by my own car. Street parking was available, and the location was easy to find. The address and location itself were good. However, check-in is only available until 4:00 PM; if you arrive late, you are out of luck. They do not accept check-ins after that. For someone traveling for business, having to go to the hotel within these hours can cause disruptions to other work. ​The bed was very old; in fact, one side was sagging, so I couldn't trust it. "I really liked the staff - very nice and professional- and the location. The room was not bad, I think the larger ones were even better. However, for a 4* I would expect many more amenities on both property and room level. Also as there is no reception, and the check-in is done in the restaurant it does not make people very welcome( offset by the staff members)"
