"The Hotel Martinelli was an amazing hotel. Situated in my family's home town, the hotel was welcoming, staff was friendly & the breakfast good. Rooms are very clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. The view was amazing."

"It does not have a pool. This is the main reason for booking this accommodation. It has a photo showing a lovely pool area. It does not have this. Other negatives - only one plug socket in room - no where near a mirror or tv. No coffee making facilities in room. Paid 130 euro in taxi fair as they did not reply to 3 messages regarding check in and their advert said check in was 3-6 with no after hours check in. Was meant to be my 50th birthday treat - i was so disappointed. Also no air con remote...

"The staff were very nice. Liked the breakfast. The room was simple but cannot complain for the price. Tge parking was super small, so you have to watch out not to hit the corners. We walked down to Torbole central area for dinner."

"Room's and bathroom need an update, no AC, no coffee maker no fridge, mattress and pillows are old, and the price they ask for 1night is way to much. Zero star rating.... We had to leave early (7:00 am) we could not get a coffee because breakfast was at 7:30........"

"Klassisch italienisch, hat alles was man braucht. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! "

"Chambre donnant sur les poubelles et compresseurs chambre froide très bruyante et chaude et quartier fumeur des employés au lieu d’un grand lit deux petits lits collés avec un trou entre les deux Le comble ils nettoient les nappes et serviettes dans un caddie avec un tuyau d’eau !!! Dehors sous les fenêtres de la chambre Hôtel rénové à la va vite Petit déjeuner médiocre Hors de prix par rapport à la qualité Heureusement le personnel au bar très serviable Dommage car très bien situé "

"I have just come back from a stay at hotel baitone which overall I was not impressed with at all. The room itself was good and very clean as was the restaurant but the location of the hotel was not what it was described on the website. It wasn’t in Malcesine it was 7 kilometres outside of the town which we had to get a taxi to or walk which was one hour and 17 mins. Very disappointedin the hotel.com website which I will never use again "
