"great staff,Great value, Great location"

"Bunks were comfy, privacy curtains installed on open sides of the bunk. Aircon units are cold. And staff is very attentive. "

"I arrived at the hotel and was told to wait on the couch before they check me in. I waited about 20-25 minutes before they eventually told me the room that I reserved is not available and Id have to look for another hotel. This is ridiculously poor service. Never have I ever reserved a room only for the hotel to tell me that they dont have the room available. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"I'm not good at English, but the staff politely answered my questions using the translation function on their smartphones. The room was not dirty either. The area around the hotel could be called a slum. The shower had a water heater, but there was no hot water."

Immediately upon entering the room for the first time you can see all the roaches scurry away. Unfortunately the room was not what it seemed like in the photos. The Expedia.com pics must have been several years ago since many items in room were broken (toilet bowl, curtains, etc. Location was great and many places within walking distance.
