「Staff was nice enough, but they appear to be understaffed and the property looks in poor condition. The sofa bed was wrecked inside and it took a half hour to get a cot for our 10 year old. There were only 2 towels in the room when reserved for 5. The employee that brought the cot up said we had to go to the front desk for towels as she was busy. 「This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. Nothing like the pictures and if I had booked a refundable stay I would have walked right back out the door. Checked in past midnight and left when the sun was up. Condom wrappers, holes in the walls, dirt and grime on EVERY surface, and a bathtub that I wouldn’t even wash my dog in. Go somewhere else.」
