"The place was fine. I would stay there again. My gripes are that the WiFi didn’t work (and is likely running on hardware that hasn’t been updated in 8yrs) - just stop advertising it as an amenity if it doesn’t work reliably rather than making me spend time experimenting. And the bathroom in room 11 had a smell that came up from the shower drain. It wasn’t horrible, but it was definitely noticeable - largely suppressible for several hours by taking a long shower with plenty of soap. "

"While this hotel is a bit out of the center of town, it is still very walkable, because the town is very small. The nicest part about it being out of the center of things is that it was so incredibly quiet at night. I stayed in the new part which is a cross the street from the classic hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean and modern as they are brand new. There's a pool at that section as well and the pool feels a lot like Palm Springs. It's just got a cool vibe there. "Literally a 5 min walk to Playa Mann and the center of the boardwalk so very convenient location. The owner was very nice and let me use the kitchen and let me know when she was going out. The value was very good. There was good water pressure and lots of hot water but near the end of my stay there seemed to be an issue with the water but couldn't quite understand with my lack of Spanish. Overall a good stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is a lovely, family-owned place run by a couple who were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. The room had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a TV, hot water, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We also really appreciated having access to free filtered water, as well as tea and coffee. The location was very convenient, with several restaurants, laundry services, and other amenities within walking distance. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the owners were. We had a later flight on our departure day, and the owner kindly allowed us to check out later, which was incredibly helpful. After checking out, we were also able to stay in the entrance area while waiting for our flight, which made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay. This hotel has a warm, welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!"
