"Arrived hotel to find we had no rooms available even though we had paid in full Still awaiting refund! "

"Wir sind in das Chalet eingezogen und mussten gleich feststellen daß es nicht sauber gemacht worden ist so das wir es erst sauber machen mussten. Und das nach 7 Stunden Auto Fahrt. Was aber sehr gut geklappt hat war die Kommunikation zwischen Eigentümer und uns wir haben die Probleme weiter geleitet und kamen uns dementsprechend entgegen und zahlten uns die Reinigungskosten. Im Allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt sehr Abwechslungsreich."

"We stayed as a family of four for one week on this beautiful alpaca farm. We were the second guests, and everything was new and very clean. The host was wonderful and so kind. The house is cozy, modern, and lovingly furnished. We loved the peaceful surroundings and the view of the alpacas and horses from the window. There are great opportunities to take part in activities with the alpacas — our kids loved it! It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We can fully recommend this place and...
