「When i arrived at the hotel, they said that the reservation was canceled. Then to give me the room, they charged me for more money. 「Ive been to some crappy hotel. This ranks first. I checked in early. The front desk guy was nice and gave me the keys. I go to the room and the door knob is broken. I use the key to open it. By the way, i cut my finger from the door knob, badly. I walked in and the room wasnt cleaned. Like filthy. I go down and ask the guy to clean it. I come back at night and untouched. The room was dirty. Napkins on the floor. Trash can had trash. Spider webs aroundbthe room. Window taped up. Ac unit old and...

「They have stolen my money. In spite that I never been there. I have cancelled my booking on time because of the non-issued-visa. But they did not respond to my emails and just robbed me and my money. Unshameble. 」
