"It was a good hotel in future will book again. It was clean and quite environment. "

"Front desk people were great. Made an appointment for COVID for me. Printed results for me so I could cross the Causeway back to Saudi. Only bad point was room service was terrible. Had to go to Caucina restaurant for dinner because room service would not answer. Next day I waited 30 minutes for a bucket of Ice."

"Ive been to some crappy hotel. This ranks first. I checked in early. The front desk guy was nice and gave me the keys. I go to the room and the door knob is broken. I use the key to open it. By the way, i cut my finger from the door knob, badly. I walked in and the room wasnt cleaned. Like filthy. I go down and ask the guy to clean it. I come back at night and untouched. The room was dirty. Napkins on the floor. Trash can had trash. Spider webs aroundbthe room. Window taped up. Ac unit old and...

"Hotel was very hard to find. There is no hotel sign on any part of the building. Pictures in web site are misleading and looked nothing like the actual hotel. I made reservations amd when I got there he told me that they did not have me in the system and had no more rooms. I showed him my reservation and confirmation number and still could not find me. I demanded a room. I was placed in a unclean room. Trash was in the trash cans, carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. There was a burnt iron mark...
