「The room was clean and big enough for our family of 4. We had the king bed and to my surprise the extendable couch was great for the two of us adults to sleep in. The weather outside was -19 and bellow but the room was warm and cozy. For us the hotel was basically next to the basin where our kids had the water polo tournament at Napaean SportsPlex. The big parking space allows us to have the car park easy accessible right in front of our door. 」

「Location is really nice. 私が案内されたベッドが清掃が終わってなかったが、すぐに別のベッドに変更してくれた。 シャワールームの鍵がかからないと口コミをみたが、実際はしっかり鍵がかかるようになっていた。 シャワールームやトイレの清潔さ、夜の静かさはその時宿泊してる人によって変わると思う。 私はとてもホテルのサービスにとても満足した。またオタワに訪れる事があれば、絶対に利用する。」
