"Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. Overall an excellent experience. "

"Great quirky hotel with simply stunning views. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Dinner was beautiful so can’t really fault this place but it’s not a hotel for those with mobility issues as there are lots of steps. "

"The room was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions despite a slight language barrier at times. There's plenty of parking and the location is great for visiting Ponte dei Salti, Locarno and Ascona (our favourite). What stood out most to us was the view from our room - we were in the front of the hotel and it was stunning. The only slight downside is that breakfast was quite limited (a very small buffet), but it was free, so...
