"Loved staying here! You get a little plug socket by your bed with usb plugs which is fantastic! The staff were super friendly & the vibe of the whole place is chill. Didn’t realise they had two separate buildings either! Would’ve loved if the bathroom&toilets were cleaned each day as I saw the same marks as when I had arrived. "Although the area is a bit out of the city centre, you'll be in the hotel within 1 hour using 2 tram lines. The hotel's location is abandoned, including a huge building next to it. I wouldn't walk around at night. The staff is amiable and helpful. My room didn't have a window and I needed to climb up to my double bed which was an interesting experience. My mattress was really comfortable and clean, also the towels were great quality. They provided shower gel. I could use everything I...

"Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Perfectly located between the RLD and the center of the shopping area. "

"For what it is (a hostel), it is great! Staff were responsive, great location, especially around art week, and museums (if you have the time for it). Location is near a zoo Artis, so there are surprisingly unique birds clustered together. "

"One particular staff (mexican guy, sorry I forgot your name) was super friendly and always eager to help. The others were not that bothered to be friendly or help. Unfortunately there was a mistake on their part with the laundry booking and the hotel did not do anything to accommodate and we had to leave the hotel without sorting it out."

"The room was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. It is right off a very busy main street which made it a bit noisy, but it calmed down at night. It was very easy to walk to and from the train station though. "
