"More transparency. The heating was an issue. Got sorted in the end. Photos of the building where the flat is located - there should be pictures of it on the listing. As it's an old building and it can be missleading based only on the existing pictures on the listing. There should be someone available 24/7 for when needed. It is a guest accomodation afterall. The location above the restaurant/bar/club, woth mentioning that partirs can and eill occur and the flat will be very noisy and...

"My daughter and I felt safe here. The beds didn't look all that comfortable, but they were. We slept so well. I loved the character of the hotel. All the people who worked at the hotel that we came in contact with, were really nice and friendly. "

"It is not far from the city, with tram you are in center in 5 stops. But in general taxi is very cheap. The apartment was good, spacious the rooms were big. The only thing was that there was no heating or cooling. There is some thermostat for temperature but i guess was not working because it was cold. "
