"I had a wonderful stay at Macalister Terrace Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and has a really nice ambience that made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Liz, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality and excellent service truly made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Penang. I would definitely come back again!"

"❶ オーナー側の部屋番号の配置&連絡ミスによるトラブルに巻き込まれ、夜中寝ているところを起こされ、とても怖い思いをしました。 夜中にベルを鳴らされ、オーナーによりドアを開けられたのですが、事前に連絡や説明をすべき！いきなり鍵を開けるのは違法&犯罪では？ ❷ またトイレットペーパーの補充が一つも置いてなくて困りました。(アプリのサイトを使って連絡しました) 最終日に部屋を出た後以外には、掃除してもらえない仕組みのようです。 だから、途中でタオル交換やトイレットペーパーの追加なども、何らかの方法で伝えないと、してもらえません。"

"Firstly there is a lift. The room has a kettle, no mini fridge but water fountain is on the lobby floor. I really enjoyed my stay here, the room is spotless. The room was great"

"If you are solo and just want a place to sleep, it works. The cons include a tiny space, very slow internet, no fridge, and no nearby convenient stores or restaurants. It's approximately 1.5 miles to the attractions, making it walkable if you're looking for some exercise."

"Area is accessible to historic sites, shops and local eating joints. Wasn't aware that the sound of morning prayers from the nearby mosque was that loud."
