"It is visible from outside the roof top has good veiw the tv works though the toilet jammed behind the the bathroom access door not the best good lift nice reception area nice paintings the restaurant well they are doing their best"

"Outstanding property for budget conscious travellers. I just rang the hotel and they were prompt in response and rang me where to stand for pick up. Drop off was also hassle free. Added breakfast before boarding was a blessing. I will definitely stay on next leg of journey."

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"It is carastrophiic ! Because I have booked and payed But I never found it Appayan Guesthouse doesn't exist ! Shame of Expedia !"
