"Splash was an amazing VRBO! The space is clean, the house has been updated through out and is lovely! The location is so convenient to everything. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. The views and walk to the beach are best available. Great kids spaces here! "Our family of 13, ages 8-93, had a wonderful week at Hank’s Fiinest Hour. Having rented a number of properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast, this home was definitely the cleanest and provided the most amenities which made our stay comfortable. We had fun watching the dolphins play every morning and evening right from our balcony or stretch of beach! We will definitely be back! Everyone said it was the best vacation!"

"The house provided plenty of space for our stay, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice. The sunset views on the porch were out of this world, truly amazing! Once the pool is complete, this house will be a 10/10! We had a couple of minor issues that were quickly addressed by the property management team. We would be happy to rent here again, thank you!"

"Clean property, perfect for husband, dog and me, just steps out onto the beach! Not an unobstructed view of the beach, due to ground level unit and a small dune obstructing view. Only drawback was that this is a ground level unit, with 2 units above it. You can easily hear people above walking, opening and closing doors, etc "
