「Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. 」

「Great location, tastefully decorated, lots to do on site, beautiful view and the hide a bed is even pretty comfortable. We stayed in the winter and had there been snow, there even would have been a little hill to sled/play on just below the balcony. The indoor pool was not very warm so kids didn’t swim but there were other things to do like racquetball, hot tub, ping pong and a decent weight room. 「Ron was very prompt and easy to communicate with. The house is well stocked - all the kitchen supplies you could ever need, lots of kids toys, and games for kids and adults. The hot tub is a nice treat. The views from the house are stunning.」
