"Everything was perfect, the only thing that I think it need to be corrected is on Expedia it shows that the check in is at 6:00am. The staff that works here are nice. "

"Due to late running buses and a very early flight we spent less than 6 hours in the hotel! The room was generally ok, we booked a twin and it was a large room with 2 double beds. The bathroom wasn't great, the shower door did not shut properly and water did not drain away very quickly. We had to check out very early and they arranged a takeaway breakfast for us."

"Very disappointing. We got a standard room, the bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs through the mattress. There was no pressure in the bathroom (we did mention it). Be aware that every night we were there the place right next to it plays gig very loudly until 1/2am so not a chance of an early night as they don’t have double glazing. The rooftop itself is great and the food very enjoyable. The staff up there was nice. "

"Conveniently located for a visit to the Tiwanaku ruins (next door), this hotel makes an ok stop after crossing the border from Peru at Desaguadero. It bills itself as '4-star', but it's not really. Spacious hotel has seen better days and feels a bit neglected inside. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a decent meal was provided (although the restaurant was not open). Secure parking was a plus. Bed was completely knackered and felt like most of the springs had collapsed. Water warmish-hot...

"This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!"

"First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was...

"Very nice hotel near historic center of Potosí. Hotel is well heated, which is important during June - August. The one problem was with the internet connection; hotel needs to upgrade its connections and routers so that guest have fast internet in all the rooms."

Plus, they tried to charge more than one I should pay at the property... After long talks agreed to pay what is indicated on reservation. Just don't go to this property. "
