「Paolo greeted us as we pulled up and showed us around the beautiful property. The amenities are spectacular and the room is state of the art. Paolo is amazing and made us feel at home. Service is unmatched. It was an incredible stay. 」

The owner and his family members were all kind and friendly, and the foods were very delicious, especially the mountain cheese, ham, and salami. 「Fantastic value. I booked the breakfast & dinner option and was not disappointed. Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes.
Hotel offers a collection of reading glasses for reading the menu [in case you forgot yours] -- this was something I've never encountered before in my travels.
Parking underground is tight, but so is everywhere else in Europe.
