"We had a wonderful stay overall at the crane. The grounds are mature and lush, the staff is friendly and helpful, the varied dining options were great, the pools and activities were great fun. We loved the village feel and the room we stayed in was beautiful and well equipped. The only points for improvement would be 1) it was tough to get a great coffee (both in room and at the various restaurants), and 2) there needs to be more amenities for teens. Recently a room with one pool table was added, which was nice, but they could definitely do with a larger and better equipped space for teens to hang out (e.g. mini arcade, foosball, etc). Unfortunately, sargassum has taken over the beach but that didn’t hamper our stay because the view of the ocean was still nice and the pools were lovely."

"*THREE (3) Part REVIEW (in Order of Importance) : 1) BEST Part: "location! Location!! LOCATION!!!" ~ the "Credo of Real Estate!" ... I Paid Extra for an Ocean View Room, which was Highly Worth It! ... NO-thing Compares to to Falling Asleep & waking to the Lovely Sounds of OCEAN WAVES crashing on the Rocky Shoreline (only approx. 10 Yds. / 3-4 Meters from My Balcony! : ) ! 2) "Worst" Part: CONDITION of the Room! ~ Not well Maintained; as there were SEVERAL Issues upon Checking In! : a) T.V. Remote did Not work! So 1st Night NO T.V., & had to Wait until early afternoon to get a semi-working Replacement!?! b) Showerhead Broken / Malfunctioning, & had to be Replaced the Next Afternoon! ... 1st Two Showers Unpleasant; especially after a LONG Day of Traveling! c) Broken Lamp next to "semi-broken" Bed (with piece of WOOD Brace screwed to Wood Bed Frame & the Left Front Leg; at the Head of Bed ~ First Thing Visible! : ( d) Actually First Visible as one enters the Room is the Kitchenette; with the 2 Pantry Doors with broken Hinges ... !?! e) *Of "Lesser" Issues were No WASH Towels in the Room; just Large Body Towels, & had to Request at the Front Desk; along with an Iron & Board!?! 3) STAFF did their best at Resolving These Initial PROBLEMS; yet with PROPER Maintenance, it could / Should have been avoided! ... *and WHY I wrote this Extensive Review for the Edification of the quite Nice Owner; who I Liked, & wish him the very Best, with much Success for His Business! **"
