"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. Which certainly was an improvement, but barely 3 stars let alone 4. I was...

"Place is in a very good location..clean ,and confortable...bathroom is clean ,lots of hot water ...tv is in Russian, AC no remote to start it ..washing machine not working...bed is good...i haven't used the appliances in the kitchen...but,all in all its a good clean place"
