ロビーと入り口、エレベーターは質素ですが、部屋がモダンで綺麗で良かったです! 空港から送迎の車で5分位でした。 Kloten駅も歩いて3分くらいで、便利でした。ホテルのスタッフも、感じが良かったです。

全体的に良かったホテルでした

受付の方の対応や案内も完璧でした。チェックインの際、帰りの飛行機に間に合う様なシャトルバス利用提案はありがたかったです。部屋も広く清潔でした。ベッドの上にウエルカムお菓子が置いてあったのも良かったです。スイスを訪れる際はまた泊まりたいと思います。

ターミナル２を出るとホテルシャトルバスゾーンがあり、空港からホテルまでのシャトルバス（Welcome Inn、Joker）が利用可能。往路は無料で復路は３CHF。それとホテル受付で交通チケットが買えて助かりました。ホテル最寄りのKloten駅から中央駅も電車で15分分くらい。便利なホテルです。

簡素なホテルであるが、必要最低限のものはそろっている。空港からはやや離れているが、送迎がある。夜に到着し、市街地まで出ないでただ寝泊まりするだけなら値段も安く、利用する価値がある。

The hotel was great for everything. It was very clean and the staff was very kind and the check-in was very easy. There are some supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. Also, Zurich airport is very close to the hotel.

モダンで清潔になりました

5年ぶりの滞在でしたが、その間に部屋がリニューアルされてモダンで清潔になっています。良い点は、部屋がとても清潔であること、バストイレが分かれていること、ロビーに無料のコーヒー他飲み物が24時間飲めること、無料空港シャトルが正確に送迎すること、ペットボトル1本が無料で置かれていること、朝食メニューが比較的良いこと、歩いて数分でスーパーマーケット（MIGROS、COOP）があることです。悪い点は特に思いつきませんが、市税などが別会計となっている点が精算で後に面倒なことでしょうか。

お勧めです。

スイス旅行最後に一泊しましたが、清潔で機能的なホテルでした。時間があったのでチューリッヒの中心部まで行ってみましたが、駅近で便利。空港までの送迎もあり、大満足でしたが、空調の音が大きかったのが、少し残念でした。

綺麗なホテルです

空港から無料のシャトルバスがあり、とても便利です。部屋も清潔でとてもキレイでした。バスタブはありませんでしたが、トイレは別だったので快適です。近くにご飯食べるところや、朝早くからしてるパン屋さんもあり、便利です。次も泊まりたいです。

新しい部屋で快適。

翌日早朝の便だったので空港近くのホテルにしました。住宅地で、近くにカフェ併設のパン屋さんもあり、もう少し早く行って散策すれば良かったです。部屋は新しく清潔で、価格の割には良かったと思います。

国鉄駅にも近い空港ホテル

空港からも頻繁に無料シャトルバスがあります。私が着いたときのフロントスタッフは、片言ですが日本語が話せて親しみやすく感じました。部屋の設備に問題はありませんが、3人部屋だと多少狭く感じました。朝食は利用していませんが、ホテルの前にパン屋さんがあり、中で食べることもできます。何より国鉄の駅まで徒歩5分程度で、次の移動にとても便利でした。

Quite terrible

Dirty room with hair in shower and toilet. Slow WiFi could not even download email on 2nd floor. Breakfast not included and the location is in an immigrant area perhaps not so safe. We will not come back.

We will discuss this issue with the Housekeeper Manager and look for immediate solutions to prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately, you did not take advantage of the service to book breakfast on site. Regarding the WIFI; again, thank you for your input. We will have the network checked by the specialist today. We always get positive feedback from guests about the good connection. There must be a bigger problem. Comfortable, practical hotel, with a good quality/price ratio, with spacious, bright rooms equipped with all the useful features for an optimal stay. Very friendly and efficient staff. Certainly recommendable
