Special thanks goes to Biona, Mike and Chris - staff that went above and beyond - although even the manager / owner made an effort to speak to his guests. The whole team were polite, friendly helpful, personable. If you are not sure whether to book this hotel - do it! You will absolutely not be disappointed. Breakfast was very good - great selection and lots of it. Beautiful pool area, spa, bar. Honestly every single thing about the stay was outstanding. If we come back to Santorini (the hotel could be the reason! We would stay here again.) walking distance to the beach. Beautiful clean rooms (we stayed in room 311) - fantastic room.

The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! This was a pinch-me, I must be dreaming hotel. We had the suite with little pool that overlooked the caldera which gave us the most beautiful experience with the Santorini sunset! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we requested extra towels, or ice when I sprained my ankle. This may have been one of the best and unique hotel experiences I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!
