- Magnificent villa of 170m square, completed in July 2016, built in the middle of the Corsican maquis. Mountain and Pinarellu Bay view (800 meters as the crow flies). The beach is 3km by road. Mirror pool 10 x 5m (depth 120 to 150 cm), terrace of 75 sqm and sunbath around the pool, air conditioning.
The villa is part of a set of two houses completely independent on a plot of 8000 m2. You will find the map in the photos of the ad, this is Villa 1. Villa 2 is also available for rent, here is the corresponding announcement https: // www. HomeAway. com / vacation-rental / p1722491.
Villa 1 has 2 parental suites with walk-in showers and separate WC. Two rooms on the ground floor, independent and accessible by the ground floor, with their private bathrooms. All beds are 160 cm. In total there are 4 bathrooms and 4 separate toilets. The villa is perfect to accommodate families with children or couples. It has the necessary equipment for a carefree stay: modern household appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, plancha and a set of furniture for 8 people and more. Restaurants, and sea and mountain recreation nearby. Figari airport 45 minutes by car.
