Welcome to our charming traditional holiday villa, located just a few minutes from the beaches of Pinarello and San Ciprianu. This magnificent 6-bedroom villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable family or friends holiday.KEY FEATURES- 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private shower room.- A secure private pool to cool off and relax under the sun.- A large pétanque court for fun evening tournaments.- A fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals.- A comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV- A shaded terrace for outdoor family or friends meals- Private parking for several vehicles. With 1 electric charging point.INTERIORThe villa welcomes you with a patio serving either the living area or the sleeping area.The living/dining room is very spacious and allows direct access to the terrace (at the front of the villa) or to the garden and pétanque court (located at the rear of the villa).The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, toaster, juicer, etc.On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms:Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and toilet and access to terrace and pool.Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and toilet.Bedroom 3: 2* single beds 80*200, (possibility to bring them together and form a double bed) with private shower room and toilet.A laundry room is available with a washing machine, iron and cleaning supplies and a safe.The upper floor serves three bedrooms:Bedroom 4: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and private balconyBedroom 5: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and private balconyBedroom 6: 2* single beds 80*200, (possibility to bring them together and form a double bed) with private shower roomThere are 5 toilets in the villa.A hair dryer is available in each shower room.The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI.EXTERIORThe villa has a lovely shaded terrace overlooking the pool.The pool is heated and fully secured with a fence and gate.
