We acquired this house in June 2022, we are putting it online for the 2nd season. As you can see from the reviews, our first summer 2023 vacationers all really enjoyed their stay with us! calm, serenity, beauty of a clear view of our mountains from the terrace, beach on foot for young and old alike!

The villa is located 400 meters from a quiet beach, even in summer, at the mouth of a small stream "LE CAVU" which is also used for fresh water swimming.

To complete the quality and pleasure you will have staying with us, a swimming pool and its terrace are being built and will be operational for the 2024 season.
Shops and services (doctors, pharmacy.....) 4 km away.
Perfectly equipped villa...

We can accommodate 8 people plus 1 baby (1 travel cot is at your disposal as well as a booster seat)
The house is ideal for accommodating several families with children.
In the Night section:
1 Master suite (bed 160) with its bathroom, walk-in shower
1 bedroom (160 bed), 1 bedroom with two single beds share a bathroom with a very large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet
1 master suite (bed 160) with its bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet, independent opening directly through its bay window onto the wooded garden

The sleeping area is perfectly isolated from the day area

In the day part:
To the left of the entrance is a WC with hand basin.
The living room consists of a large living room opening onto a beautiful, fully equipped open kitchen.
Two pocket windows completely open the space opening onto a large covered terrace. You will enjoy having lunch there or relaxing there, coming back from the beach or a splash in the swimming pool, with a view of our beautiful mountains.

Now let's talk equipment:
On the covered terrace, a Plancha awaits you for wonderful grills (no flame barbecue in summer for safety reasons). garden furniture sofa, table and chairs.
The kitchen is very pleasant, counter, numerous storage cupboards, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, electric kettle, blender, toaster etc...
The living room is made up of two sofas, a coffee table, a television, wifi via 4G box, and opens completely onto the terrace.

A 4 mm drive will take you to the center of SAINTE LUCIE where you will find all the shops and services.
2 supermarkets, Post office with ATM, Medical office, Pharmacy.......

Lots of beautiful things await you: the natural swimming pools of CAVU with fresh and crystal clear waters, coves and beaches with turquoise waters, sea trips from St Lucia to Bonifacio via the Lavezzi Islands reserve, diving, paddle, the emblematic needles of Bavella, mountain hikes, and the warmth and kindness of its inhabitants....

Das Haus ist schön u ruhig gelegen, zweckmässig u großzügig. In Küche Vieles sehr gut, leider unhandliches Pfannenset mit defekt. Griff. Keine kleineren Essteller. Inakzeptabel, kein WLAN Zugang! Fehlende Bettwäsche im Soulsolzi.Toll, Strand in Nähe.

Excellent séjour

Très chouette maison, située de façon parfaite à quelques minutes à pieds d’une très belle plage très calme, avec une piscine idéale pour se rafraîchir. Très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Il y a un grand salon et la maison est bien équipée. À noter qu une des chambres n’est accessible que depuis l’extérieur de la maison.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben als zwei Familien mit drei Kindern unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, und der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, und ein Restaurant ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung gehoben, und es ist schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist umwerfend. Wir haben die Tage und Abende hier sehr genossen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert im Wohn-Essbereich gut, schafft es jedoch nicht, die Zimmer zu kühlen. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber. Frank, der Vermieter, hat immer prompt geantwortet und war freundlich. Im oberen Bereich des Hauses befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist jedoch in der ehemaligen Garage untergebracht. Diese Zimmer haben keine Rollläden oder Klimaanlage, wodurch es dort warm ist. Die bodentiefen Fenster erschweren das Lüften, da es zum Garten herausragt und nachts Tiere unterwegs sind. Man erreicht diesen Bereich nur über einen steinigen Weg ums Haus. Dieser Bereich eignet sich weniger für jüngere Kinder. Für ältere Kinder ist er perfekt. Ein Punkt, der uns gestört hat, war der Nachbar oberhalb des Pools. Schon am ersten Tag fühlte er sich nach nur 10 Minuten gestört und hat aggressiv geschrien, obwohl die Kinder normal gespielt haben. Unsere Kinder konnten den Pool kaum nutzen. Trotz Gesprächen mit Frank und dem Nachbarn blieb die Situation unverändert.

Relax vom feinsten in der Natur und in der Nähe eines der schönsten Strände Korsikas (durch Privatwege zu Fuß erreichbar). Das Haus und die Terrasse sind einfach ein Traum. Sicher und ruhig; es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht; dazu Wifi und Sat-TV (Astra). In 15 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man nicht weniger als 10 weitere traumhafte Strände; auf den Weg dahin gibt es genug Restaurante, lokale Kultur, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Vielen Dank!

Wonderful location

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house. It is a first-class maintained and very well equipped. The location is gorgeous. We spent two wonderful weeks there and we would love to come back.
