"Everything was very nice. Definitely clean and pleasant. Easily a 9.5. The .5 off 10 is because there's no coffee maker in the room and the breakfast was not great. Coffee was good but a ham sandwich for breakfast was not. Everyone on the staff, that we met, was extremely nice and efficient. "
