「Remote farm in the Italian country side. I can say this house has a certain charm and a lot of potential. Upper rooms are nice. The house is a mix of old furniture with a bohemian accent. The kitchen is very small. Impossible to really cook for lot of people. (The kitchen sink is from the house origin, look nice. But really small). Also you need to really pack well any food as rats are helping themselves. There are too many beast in the house for the room in the lower floor to be usable....

「Our stay was relatively short, but very nice. We really enjoyed the evening sunsets on the patio. It is a little bit of a jaunt to get there, but Zocca is close and there are terrific family owned restaurants even closer. Maranello (Ferrari) and Bologna (omg the food) are within an hour. 」

「This beautiful borgo is a work in progress. Some beautifully finished buildings and some scrappy buildings still under renovations. The tower is lovely. It is 5 floors total. You can park right next to the door leading to the second floor living area. But the best bedroom is on the 5th level so be prepared for lots of steps. The water pressure was amazing for such an old building. So nice to have a bathroom with shower right beside each bedroom. The kitchen is tiny but has everything you need....

「Truly charming place. Very elegantly re-done old town house. Not far from Modena, or bologna, but truly a great one day getaway from cities to break up a trip. 1 or 2 phenomenal restaurants. Close by. Very local. I’d for sure stay again. 」
