"I want to thank Ermek from the front desk, who went over and beyond helping me located my lost luggage from airport. My luggage arrived the 2nd day, because of his efforts "

"The stay was OK, but I think I could have booked a better hotel for this price. The room was very noisy as it was towards the street and window isolation was not great. Lot of noise from the street during the night, which made sleep difficult. Also due to the isolation issue and heating not working properly, the room was pretty cold. Staff gave an electric heater, which mostly solved this. Staff were very nice in the hotel. Breakfast is great / lot of things to choose. Location of the hotel is great, you can reach main tourist attractions and nice restaurants on foot."

"Very comfortable and clean hotel with a good breakfast. The staff at rhe reception was very help too. No inconviniences faces during my stay. Overall a very good hotel quite and peaceful and very comfortable. Highly recommended!"
