快適に滞在

役から少し歩くので、たくさんの荷物がある場合には送迎をお願いしたほうが良いかと思います建物は古めではありますが、清潔でスタッフの対応もよく快適に過ごすことが出来ました

良いホテルです！

スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋もとても清潔で、部屋に良いドライヤーが設備も整っていて非常に過ごしやすくよいホテルだと思います。中心からは少し歩きますが、チェックインの前とチェックアウトの後には送迎サービスもあるので困らないと思います。

列車の駅にもゴンドラの駅にも出やすく、とても動きやすかった。早朝に出発するので朝食をお願いしたところ、朝早くから種類豊富な朝食を用意していただけた。

親切な対応

チェックインの時も、スキーから帰ってきても、いつも温かい声と笑顔で迎えてくれました。とても居心地のいいホテルでした。

スキー場まで徒歩圏内！

総合的に非常に満足行くホテルでした。スキー場や町中レストラン等のアクセスは非常に良かったです。ただしツェルマット駅近くではないですが、無料タクシーをアレンジしてくれますので問題ありませんでした。憧れのスキー場で快適な時間を送れました。

今回で2回目の利用。今年は、部屋がリニューアルされていて使いやすさ、清潔感はアップしていた。スタッフの対応もよく、快適に過ごせた。次回も利用したいと思います。

サウナとジャグジー

今回、ファミリールームに滞在しました。部屋にはサウナやジャグジーが着いており、ハイキングの疲れを癒せます。ただ、今回はジャグジーが壊れており使用できなかったのがとても残念でした。

夕食付き隠れ家的ホテル

物価の高いスイス、さらにリゾートのツェルマットでは、レストランでの食事が高いので、夕食付きの部屋を探したら、ここのホテルになりました。メニューは毎晩変り、二種類から選ぶことが出来、料金も気にせずに美味しく頂きました。駅からは少し遠いですが、逆にロープウエイ乗り場には近いので不便というわけでもなく、快適に過ごせました。

駅から離れてはいますが、駅のホテル案内のボードに設置している電話から連絡すると、すぐに車で迎えに来てもらえました。部屋は広くはありませんが、家族的な雰囲気のスタッフが親切で、落ち着けて過ごせました。

駅から遠く(7～800mくらい?)、バス停からもかなり歩くので、スキーを担いでの移動に苦労したホテルそのものはスタッフも親切で部屋もまぁまぁと言ったところ

静かなロケーションのホテル

駅から徒歩10分程度離れているが、静かなロケーションの快適なホテルである。ツェルマット駅到着前に電話連絡をしておいたため、電気自動車で駅前まで迎えに来てくれていたため楽に到着できた。南側の２階以上の部屋からはマッターホルンが眺められるが、私たちの部屋は２階だったので頂上が少し見えるだけだった。

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with great options, tea and coffee, hot chocolate. Area is Walkable, shuttle that can be pre requested from train station , or easy walk through cute streets with multiple shops. Kitchen equipped with family needs, spacious bathroom and bedrooms.

All the staff (especially Nico, Danielle and Maria) were very helpful, knowledgable and kind. It's a family owned hotel and the owners continually checked in with the guests. The rooms are clean. We had a lovely view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The TV is on the smaller side but we didn't even switch it on so we didn't care. We only ate dinner at the hotel once but it was very good. The location is a quick 5-7 minute walk to the main street and a few minutes from the bus route to the ski lifts. They also have a ski room which makes things convenient.

Likes: Nico at Front Desk was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfasts; Comfortable bed; View of Matterhorn; Place to store skiis. Shuttle to/from train station. Needs Improvement: Rooms did not have refrigerator/microwave/sink/coffee machine/ forks/knives/plates; No thermostat to control room temperature- very hot and very dry. Suggestions:Far from ski lifts - addtional $12 cost each way for taxi. Maybe provide a shuttle for ski lifts.

Very satisfied with our stay at Jagerhof. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just wish that there were more counter space and hooks in the bathroom. The restaurant served delicious meals. The complimentary breakfast was a full buffet with good selections. Would stay there again!
