駅前なので荷物を持っての移動も問題なく、部屋もきれいに清掃してあり快適でした。夏も夜は涼しいので、暖房が付くといいと思いました。

Great stay near station

It was a great stay. Ski room with big lockers. The only cons will be that there is no lift if you have big luggages. Also very convenient; 1 min from station.

立地を考えればホステルでもこの値段は妥当かなと思います。ベッドルームやキッチンなどは清潔でした。プライベートも守られるベッドの位置になっていて、私は好きでした。マイナスポイントは、シャワーが少し清潔感に欠けるかな、、裸足ではちょっと気持ち悪いので、サンダルやビーチサンダルを持参した方がいいと思います。

部屋からマッターホルンが見えました。素晴らしかったです。部屋は清潔で、共用部分もとても綺麗でした。駅の目の前で歩いて10秒で駅に着きます。シャワールーム、トイレは共用ですが特に不自由しませんでした。おすすめです。

昔ながらの雰囲気が味わえる宿です。

アットホームな雰囲気で落ち着けました。女性オーナーの方もとても親しみやすくて助かりました。

ホテルと言うにはあまりにお粗末。駅前徒歩1分という立地のため価格が安いわけではない。その割にアメニティは無い、部屋は激狭、窓もカーテンも開けられない環境、部屋は飲食禁止で地下の共同リビングを利用。キッチンの調理器具は揃っているが食器は古く薄汚い。おまけに中国人が本気の中華料理を作って異様な匂いと気違いじみた馬鹿騒ぎで占領していた。食費の高いスイスで自炊する事が前提なら選択肢としても良いかもしれないが、個人的にはこんな落ち着かないホテル？に金を出すならもう少し高くても別のホテルを探した方が良いと感じた。都合で急遽探した宿だったが人気がない訳が十分に理解できた。二度と利用しません。

駅近で便利なドミトリーホテル

駅近で便利なお宿です。ドミトリーでロフト部分に一泊しましたが、二段ベッドではなく、しっかりとしたベッドに安心して眠る事ができました。トイレは階段を降りていかなくてはなりませんので、夜中利用する事が多い方は気をつけていただければと思います。様々な国の方々が泊まり、キッチンもあり、スーパから買ってきて調理していました。ホテルの外は駅前ですので、行き交う人も多く賑わっています。自転車を預けるのは、別途料金でした。

ロケーション最高、設備良く、おすすめのホステルです

良かったところ：ツェルマット駅の向かい側で、スーパーもすぐそばにあります。内装も新しめで、共用キッチンも広いです。洗濯機は有料ですが乾燥機もあり、便利でした。残念だったところ：洗濯機が１台しかありません。部屋は三階でしたが、エレベーターはなく、wifiが繋がりにくかったです。

cute,convinient and comfortable hotel

good location in front of the station.The external appearance was really cute with flower and room was clean.we could see the Matterhorn from our room.We had nice stay thanks to your hotel!

安くて便利です

安さに見合ったホテルです。トイレとシャワーは共用です。部屋にタオル以外のアメニティはありません。ティッシュさえも。でも、ドライヤーはありました。館内は全体的に清潔です。地下にキッチンと冷蔵庫があって、長期滞在者が調理をして食事していました。調理器具はありますが、醤油などの調味料は各自で用意しているようでした。食材は近くのスーパーで買えます。駅が目の前の便利なホテルです。

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und mit den Örtlichkeiten vertraut gemacht. Nach dem ich die Taxe bezahlt hatte bin ich auf das Zimmer gegangen. Dieses war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war auch ein Balkon vorhanden. Alles war praktisch eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war praktisch eingerichtet aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig am Bahnhof gelegen. Für eine Nacht für mich vollkommen in Ordnung. Einen längeren Zeitraum würde ich dort allerdings nicht verbringen. Das gilt aber insbesondere für den ganzen Ort. Zermatt ist für mich einfach nur hässlich. Mit maximal Verdichtung der Bebauung auf maximalen Profit getrimmt. Einen Urlaubstag stelle ich mir anders vor. Die Umgebung des Hotels war Bahnhof typisch hässlich. Ich habe dort übernachtet um am nächsten Morgen mit dem Glacier Express nach St. Moritz zu fahren.

Note that there is not early check in and staff isn't there 12-2 but there is somewhere to stash luggage. You couldn't get closer to train terminal - super convenient, also right next to great pizza place and the Gornergrat train. Room was extremely basic but honestly better than expected for a single room to fit 4 adults. Did the trick.

Great location to transportation shops and restaurants. Very clean. Nice staff. Good value for accommodations. Would consider coming again.

Excellent location just outside of train station! Room is very small for 4 people (me, my wife and two children). There is no elevator and had to climb stairs with luggage.

Ideal location if traveling by train to Zermatt or taking the cog rail to Gornergrat. The cubby dorm beds offer at least some privacy.

Worst hotel experience in Switzerland

Stayed for only 1 night. The next morning, there is completely no hot water for shower despite waiting for 2.5hours. Had to checkout of this hotel without any showering for the past 18hours. There is no lift nor help available to bring my single luggage bag upstairs which weigh more than 24kg. Most terrible hotel we have stayed throughout our 14-day trip in Swiss. Huge regret to book Bahnhof,
