A local bakery just around the corner can provide you with delicious bread rolls for breakfast (for an additional charge) or you can have pastries or even a whole breakfast delivered to your doorstep by the Katschner bakery (for an additional charge).

The modern apartment building also boasts a well-maintained and fenced-in garden. In summer you can park your bicycle at a bike rack and in winter, the ski room with ski boot heating is of great benefit, in that you can dry your ski clothes quickly – ready for your next session on the slopes.

Location:

Zell am See with its picturesque old town attracts visitors from all over the world in summer as well as in winter! The landmark of the old town is Schloss Rosenberg (Rosenberg Castle), which today houses the town hall. The Schmittenhöhe is Zell am See’s “local mountain”. From the mountain, you get a breathtaking vista of more than 30 mountains with an altitude of 3,000 metres as well as the valley and the fabulous Lake Zell.



Leisure activities:

The town is worth visiting at any time of the year. On summer days, the lakeside lidos look forward to welcoming you and have numerous water sports on offer. Excursion boats offer you the chance to take in a special panorama from the water. Not forgetting those rainy days, when the indoor swimming pool in Zell am See is always very attractive! We would particularly like to recommend excursions to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun, to the Sigmund Thun Gorge in nearby Kaprun or to the Krimml Waterfalls – places that are close to our heart.



In winter, the ski slopes on the Schmittenhöhe or on Kitzsteinhorn are perfect for winter sports of all kinds. What if you are looking for a very special experience?
