The ski bus stop is just 100 meters from the apartment, taking you to the famous Zell am See-Kaprun ski area with the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. You can ski there almost all year round
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
