Dear Allison, we are very sorry to read this review. All our client facing staff are English speaking which makes us very surprised about your communication challenges. We also have a native, english, german, italian and serbian speaker on site and we also speak fluently spanish and french. About our amenities, we are a boutique hotel with only 9 rooms, we have a private beach, a pool, an outdoor gym, a gift shop, a spa, a waterspouts center and 2 restaurants. We find that compared to other hotels of our type (boutique/less than 10 rooms etc) we have many more spoken languages and amenities. Are you sure you are rating the right hotel?
