nice childproof hotel

I went with my husband and 2 toddler kids. Pros: in Tsilivi close to shops, 10 minute walk to beach, no more than 40 min drive (when driving slowly) to any part of the island, good breakfast, nice staff Cons: slow wifi in my room, watered down orange juice

Wonderful service from reception, spa and porter, yet disappointing situation in room (shower fludding). Hotel location not quite near the beach, but close to many shops and restaurants.

We had the suite with the private jaccuzi. It was in pristine condition.. Sooo beautiful and we had such an amazing time. The staff at reception were lovely and suggested a taxi driver for us who would take us to the best sites in Zante and he really did. I couldn't have imagined a better stay. There is just one thing.. If the spa was open at night instead of the day I would have visited it more but I wanted to be in the sun. OH but I would definitely reccomend the Swedish massage. Best hotel I have been to so far in my life. And the staff there are so friendly, fun and willing to help. Beautiful hotel
