    Each private holiday home is differently decorated and recently renovated with all the amenities for relaxing moments!

    We have gone the extra mile to create a home away from home for each guest! Just at a shortcut from the lively resort of Tsilivi the property offers Pool with sun beds and umbrellas, Prisitne gardens, Snack Bar and BBQ area for relaxing and memorable holidays!

    A spacious two bedroom junior suite with modern and spacious rooms as well as sea view awaits you. The 150 sq.m suite is located on the first floor and offers luxurious facilities that will satisfy your every desire. It can accommodate up to 6 people and features 2 double beds, 3 bathrooms and two couches that convert to beds in the living room. Amongst the facilities there is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room.

    First floor features: living and dining room as well as a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.

    Second floor: one bedroom with Double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and walk in closet, one bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.

    A few steps away you can reach Tsilivi beach with sand!

Lovely clean modern apartment which is much bigger than it looks on the pictures. The apartment is in a great location, only a couple of minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area is lovely with great music, friendly staff and lovely food. The gardens are well kept and the overall the property looks great. My only negatives would be that we didn’t have any patio furniture on the main balcony which was a shame as it had a lovely sea view, the main bedroom didn’t have air con (it’s open plan but the air con downstairs wasn’t cold enough to cool upstairs as well) and the main bathroom had a full length window next to the shower.Overall I’d recommend this apartment.

This apartment was very well located for the beach, good restaurants and shops. It was clean, communication with the host was prompt and staff on site were helpful. The beds were also comfortable and the apartment is spacious. However, some practical issues with the property. Apart from two broken chairs on balcony off the twin room there was no patio furniture. I was given two chairs from the snack bar and an old low table to place on another terrace. The master bedroom is on a mezzanine (we knew this). There was no wardrobe or drawers in the room (at all!) A full length plain glass window in the shower space meant you could not shower after dark as you could plainly be seen. I was assured by the host that there was air conditioning in the master. This was not true. There was a unit on the ground floor and no way was this sufficient to cool the entire ground floor and the master. The twin room had an excellent walk in dressing room but no light in it. Electrician arrived on Tuesday but due to power cut could not install light until Thursday. We left on Saturday morning. The twin room is on the same floor as the master (didn’t know this). It meant anyone coming out of the twin was always encroaching on the privacy of the occupants in the master. In the en-suite serving the twin room the toilet barely flushed so used downstairs shower room but but this easily flooded unless shower was barely on. Although apartment had modern features, we were generally disappointed.
