I think the worst hotel I stay in and I stay in hotels for approximately 260-300 nights a year The worst all inclusive even worse that the very low quality in turkie I did not think that was possible A fair price for this hotel would be under half the price we pay

L'hotel è stato ristrutturato in tempi recenti e la parte esterna di giardino e piscine è in ottime condizioni. Le stanze sono state anch'esse rimodernate ma il bagno puzzava tremendamente di fogna ed era necessario tenerlo chiuso per evitare che la puzza invadesse la stanza. Il servizio di pulizie e cambio asciugamani non è regolare, per gli asciugamani ci è stato detto ogni tre giorni ma poi li cambiavano più spesso. I letti vengono rifatti tutti i giorni tranne la domenica mentre le pulizie non sembra vadano di pari passo. Buona e varia la colazione. Hotel prevalentemente dedicato a clientela inglese e olandese.

Came for a long weekend, Friday to Monday…. Greeted by reception staff and the lady was very polite and welcoming. Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy, everything we needed for the time we would spend in room. Our balcony door would not lock and after reporting to reception the maintenance team were there within 10 minutes to sort the issue. Food was better than expected, we booked for location and didn’t really intend to eat at hotel but a few nights we dined at the restaurant as food was good, we also grabbed breakfast in the morning as lots of options. Drinks were ok, not the best but didn’t stay around the pool that long through the day so wasn’t an issue. The pool area was clean and well maintained, the cleaner seemed to be around day and night making sure the areas were clean. We mainly used the adult pool due to being a couple and there were plenty of beds throughout the day. On leaving the staff arranged our luggage to be stored as we had a late flight. Reception arranged our transfer to the airport and was on time waiting outside for us. Would definitely stay again.

liked everything my room was nice in main hotel . shower was great . main pool areas were spotless but baby pool didn’t look very clean or tidy . food was fine plenty of choices . the only thing was the staff were hanging around to take your plate as soon as you put your fork down . if you wanted more food you had to get another plate . but the dining room was very tidy and i’d go back again . lovely .

Rooms were nice but floor was not cleaned everyday and neither was the bathroom. One of the beds had a pill under it which had never been cleaned the whole time we stayed. Pool areas were lovely and clean, however, sun loungers were dirty - so having a beach towel is a must. There wasn't a fantastic range of food available but was nice enough. Not a lot of option for children apart from chips/nuggests or fish fingers.

Positives: - The hotel and pool areas were all very nice - Rooms cleaned daily - Friendly canteen staff - Local cats hanging around outside Negatives: - This is not a luxury hotel - Food options were low quality - Almost no vegetarian options (except for sides) - Tacky entertainment - Basic bedrooms - Unhelpful staff on reception - Surprisingly expensive - Inauthentic vibe (Mostly full of Brits)

Quiet in areas, relaxing and convenient for access to everything. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are a little 'tired' and the bathroom small, and shower not good, but just about functional. Did the job!
