The staff (Joanna) was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable (nothing super fancy, but good in all the ways you need it to be). The breakfast was excellent - lots of selections and good quality. Very nice they keep the breakfast room open for coffee and tea all day. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for walking everywhere. The rooms and baths are clean and comfortable. This was my second stay and we’ll be back! On-site parking is helpful. Even though it is pedestrian only in the area, you can drive in. The Paczi offered at the bakery in front are amazing too!

Väljer det hotellet varje gång jag är i Zakopane. Lägget är toppen, nära till allt. Enkel men fräsch och god frukost, äggröran tillagas på begäran och det tar bara 2,-3 minuter att få den.Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt. Badeværelse: Dejligt med jacuzzi på værelset, men kunne brugt en bruser i ståhøjde. Receptionisten virkede ikke som om hun havde styr på omgivelserne/området . Lidt kedelig morgenmad .

Very good hotel, great location. Highly recommend
We arrived quite late so reception was not in operation anymore. We got the i structions how to get in but took us some time to find it. However with help of the friendly staff we sorted out. Unfortunately the toilet was broken and we could not flush the water....it qas too late for any service

The hotel was in nice shape and clean. The buffet was very good (the first buffet we had in a while with covid). The two major issues where the mattress was not that comfortable but more importantly there was no air conditioning. We where on the third floor which is basically the attic and on a day it was over 80 F (27 c), the room felt like 100 f (38 c) with only a small fan! The most uncomfortable night sleep. Not designed for hot summer nights.

Zakopene i centrum
Hotellet ligger super godt, morgenmaden i god standart, pigerne i receptionen ualmindeligt professionelle og søde. Eneste minus er ikke så mange parkeringspladser men stedet ligger i centrum af byen og der er mange parkeringspladser 100 m. fra hotellet for kun 15 dl. for et døgn. Helt sikkert at det ikke er sidste gang vi har været der.

Great breakfast. Very close to city centre. Nice and helpful staff. The room was clean, good bathroom but the room got very warm at nights. That made us sleep with the window open. The church across the street woke us up every morning at 6 o'clock because the bells were ringing for a couple of minutes. Good value for money.

Cosy and centrally located
Cosy hotel, very centrally located. Plus for quiet surronding and comfortable bed. Inside the hotel the walls are very thin, and there is alot of noise from other rooms and the hall/stairs. It is unfortunate that that the reception closes at six o'clock and nobody is around after that time if problems.

Hotel is lovely our room was so cosy. Only thing for us was that they forgot to leave us towels. By the time we noticed it was too late and reception closes at 6pm. We didn't get them until late the following morning. Hotel is lovely though our room was spotless. Staff at breakfast could of been a bit more pleasant but i wouldn't let that put us off.

Fantastic moutain vacation
The hotel located at a fantastic location. Our room has a window facing Gubalowka, offering a stunning view. While there’S another window facing Kościół Świętej Rodziny. We had a wide variety of restaurant to choose from and a local market, local bakery closeby Only wish is breakfast could be served earlier

No vale lo que cuesta
Cuesta más de lo que vale, habitación superior en el último piso que equivale a un 4° o 5° sin ascensor, limpieza de los pasillos deficiente, posibilidad de cosas calientes en el desayuno pero tortilla te dicen que no t la hacen aún ofreciéndote huevos de varias formas, faltaría una tostadora que no hay en ninguna parte. Es de traca que por lo que pagas no haya aire acondicionado, en agosto y en el piso de arriba pega un calor q es imposible dormir, si abres la ventana oyes mucho ruido ya que nuestra habitación daba a la parte trasera de muchos locales. Para rematar te ponen un minúsculo bote de champu por persona para toda la estancia... no pueden cobrar eso y no reponerlo a diario, quizás no sepan que tenemos costumbre de ducharnos a diario. Por las fotos esperaba más, ha sido el hotel más caro en Polonia y la mayor decepción. Aunque esta céntrico hay muchas más opciones

Najlepszy wybór
Wspaniały hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji (tuż przy tętniących życiem Krupówkach). Pokoje jasne, czyste, gustownie urządzone, a do tego wyjątkowo ciche. Łazienki codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania przepyszne. Bardzo duży wybór lokalnych serów, wędlin, pasztetów, warzyw i owoców. Do tego pyszna kawa i jajecznica w kilku wersjach (w zależności od upodobań smakowych Gości). Obsługa pomocna i nie narzucająca się. Jeżeli jesteście zmotoryzowani, musicie z wyprzedzeniem potwierdzić miejsce parkingowe. Razem z Córką spędziłyśmy tu wspaniałe chwile. Na pewno wrócimy.
