This stylish apartment in Zagreb, Croatia's capital, is perfect for travelers exploring the city. Located in the very center yet situated on a peaceful street with ample street parking, it combines convenience with tranquility. The open space 50m2 living room connects to master bedroom which features a private bathroom with soaking tub and balcony, while the second bedroom has its own steam shower. The apartment also features full kitchen, kitchenette, guest bathroom and dedicated workstation.

This elegant 104 m² apartment seamlessly combines modern design with vintage accents throughout its open-concept living space. The apartment features:

LIVING ROOM (60 m²): Spacious central area with comfortable couches, armchairs, and a large dining table perfect for entertaining. This stunning space connects all areas of the apartment.

MASTER SUITE: Bright, airy bedroom with a large bed and premium mattress, featuring built-in wardrobes and blackout curtains. The private ensuite bathroom includes a relaxing soaking tub, while your private balcony offers magnificent views of Zagreb Cathedral and city rooftops.

SECOND BEDROOM & BATHROOM: Comfortable queen-sized bed and ample closet space. The ensuite bathroom provides a spa-like experience with a luxury steam shower.

KITCHEN & KITCHENETTE: Full kitchen equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven, and stove. Includes all cooking essentials: pots, pans, baking trays, cutlery, olive oil, plus small appliances (juicer, kettle, toaster, and blender). Additional convenience of a kitchenette for quick meals and beverages.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Dedicated office space with electric height-adjustable standing desk and ergonomic chair.

Three bathrooms: two ensuite plus a separate guest bathroom in the living area.

Ww can assist you through phone, text, or online messaging, and can meet in person whenever needed. While the owner may be traveling, he is also available via text message for any additional support. We want your stay to be perfectly comfortable and worry-free, which is why we ensure help is always within reach while maintaining your complete privacy.

OTHER DETAILS:
To ensure a peaceful experience for both you and our neighbors, we kindly ask that you enjoy our space responsibly. While the apartment is perfect for relaxing and entertaining small groups of four guests, we don't allow parties or loud music.
For the comfort of everyone in the building, we maintain a strict policy against unauthorized events, which may incur a fee of €1000 per day/night if not followed.
