Excellent hotel, the rooms were large and well maintained. Staff were friendly. Good selection of foods available at the buffet. Only thing that they could maybe improve on, would be the to channel selection- when travelling with a child - only news channels isn’t ideal. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel.

First time at this hotel and it was lovely. Very friendly and accommodating staff with excellent English. We asked to extend the check out time by 1 hour, no issue.

This hotel is in the main city - about a 25 minute drive to the lower Town historical district. Fantastic spa and massage at reasonable cost of 50€ for 60 minutes. Great buffet breakfast.

Loved our stay! Great guy at the reception during check in! We felt welcome at once! Great room, nice beds, nice bathroom, shopping malls at 5 min walking distance and you can Uber anywhere at a moments notice! Would most certainly recommend!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay while visiting Zagreb! It’s a bit outside the center of the city but so worth the extra distance! The facilities, front desk staff, Antonio in the bar, and spa services/staff were excellent! Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful property with a remarkable staff. Breakfast was incredible. The only down side was the shower was a bit of a challenge to maneuver in and out. We are 65 plus. Would definitely stay again!!

Aesthetically pleasing but average

We were here for 2 nights 2 people. We booked this because aesthetically it was amazing and had access to a spa. However when we got to the hotel the spa is at an additional charge and the only free amenities are the Gym & 10m salty pool that is mildly warm. The breakfast is average and not a big selection tho it was fresh and quite continental. The room was lovely although we did request a double twin room with a futon, we were met with 2 single beds and a sofa. After speaking with reception we compromised and pushed the beds together.

The Grand Hotel Zagreb was Grand, indeed!

The Grand Hotel Zagreb was a wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and with all the amenities to make anybody’s stay a pleasure. The continental breakfast that was included offered a variety of good options to start your day. The staff at the hotel provided a professional service. The only drawback was the location. The hotel was kilometers away from the town center so we had to rely on taxi or Uber services to move around since we did not have a car.
