友達がベッドバグにやられました。ホテルの立地は最高だったと思います。荷物が多い方、スーツケースが大きい方は階段が細いため注意が必要です。

便利で優しいホステル
チェックイン時間のだいぶ前についてしまい、インターホンを押しても誰もいなかったのですが、息を切らして駆けつけてくれ、荷物を預けさせてくれました。家族経営？のようなのですが、皆さん本当に優しく迎え入れてくれ、顔を合わせればお菓子をくれたり話をしたり、とても楽しく過ごせました！歩いてすぐにほぼ全ての観光地が密集しており、かなり立地もいいです。言えばドライヤーも貸してもらえます。

きれいで便利なホステル
ホステルですが、部屋は個室(私の時は2人で予約すると1部屋用意してもらえました)で、鍵もかけられるので、安心でした。都市部の割にとても静かで、隣の教会の鐘の音ぐらいしかほとんど聞こえないです。 スタッフさんも優しく明るい人で、柔軟に対応してくれました！ アメニティーも整っていて、ドライヤーはただで借りられます。キッチンはシンク、電子レンジ、ケトルがあって、コーヒー、紅茶のセルフサービスがありました。 ザグレブ空港からのアクセスは 空港バス→メインバスターミナル(30kuna) メインバスターミナル→トラム6番(10kuna) そこから歩いて5分くらいなので、とても便利だと思います！ トイレ、シャワールームは部屋とは別で、全体で共有になりますが、きれいでした。

Vi kom for en enkelt overnatning og forventede ikke det store. Desværre kunne vi ikke sove om natten, da der var et stort hul i madrassen samt var sengen knækket. Derudover var der ikke gjort rent. Nummeret man bliver bedt ringe på, hvis ikke der var åbent gik på telefonsvareren. Det andet nummer var ikke gyldigt. Dog har det en fantastisk beliggenhed!

Really central property, however not the most sociable place. Extremely hot at night and there was nobody there on the first day to get the €5 aircon remote from. Really clean.

The property was in a great location in the city center, and for a few nights stay it is worth the price! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and I would defiantly stay here again in the future :)

Personnel mediocre. Nitre fenetre etait casse et ils nous ont pas fais de réduction ils ont même pas reglé le probleme. On nous a laissé dormir dans une chambre avec une fenêtre cassée avec une température de -2 la nuit.

Property was centrally located. Reception was largely unstaffed during our stay. Receptionist tried to charge double the tax on arrival and later argued that this was a misunderstanding when challenged. Towels provided would have been inadequate as hand towels. Shower was tiny and doors broken. Wallpaper in rooms was peeling off. All in all I would avoid if other options are available.

The location is good, decoration is nice, and the staff, especially Kristina who hosted us, was very pleasing. But the place needs a serious air-conditioning -- the rooms were very hot and there was no ventilator. That is why no one could really spend time at the hostel besides sleeping when the weather gets cooler.

Huone oli perussiisti, tosin ylimääräinen viltti oli täynnä hiuksia. Huoneeseen kuuluu käytävältä ja muista huoneista kaikki äänet läpi. Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, sillä kaikki on lähellä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli vaikeaa eikä hostellilta tullut mitään ennakko ohjeita sitä varten. Olimme oven takana tasan kahdelta kun sisäänkirjautumisen piti alkaa, mutta työntekijöitä ei ollut paikalla.

Uncomfortable, cramped and bed bugs.
Hostel not accurately reviewed. 9-10 rooms sharing one shower and 2 very small "toilet rooms". Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillow almost nonexistent. No towels in "toilet room". Towel they give you is a large wash cloth. To top it off, our room (#6) had bed bugs and we ended up leaving after our 2nd of 3 nights to get new hotel room after we discovered bites all over our bodies and while packing our stuff up, inspected mattress to see bed bug full of blood. I do not usually review and am very relaxed about room choices but was shocked at all the 9-10 point reviews. Feel that it is totally inaccurate and misleading. Pluses do include location and cost which are amazing, but is far outweighed by negatives. I would not recommend at all.

We're sorry, but Mr. William never stayed with us. It's a big mistake. Our pillows are new, soft towels (IKEA) and mattresses brand new.

Le camping à l'hostel....
la cathédrale est juste derrière et sonne tous les quarts d'heure jour et nuit. comme l'hostel est un vieux bâtiment dans les combles, il n'est pas insonorisé... La seule salle de bain est extrêmement petite et sale.

Et supersentralt hostel med hyggelige ansatte! Veldig fint med skap på rommene til å låse personlige eiendeler, og fint med håndklær. Rommet var ikke så veldig lytt og vi hadde utsikt ut mot en hyggelig gate med gatemusikanter

Inez is super enthusiastic and helpful! She gave us recommendations of things to do around Zagreb and made us feel welcome at the hostel. The rooms are cute and comfy (even the mattress, unless we were too tired to notice haha). Only complaints are the walls are thin so it’s easy to hear neighbors inside and outside, and there’s no a/c. Oh, and the shower is a little funky... you have to hold the spout with one hand while you use it because it’s not attached to the wall.

Very nice hostel. The location is as great as it can get. Everything was clean, very friendly personnel who could tell us lots about stuff to see and places to eat.

Central & Decent
The hotel is very central, just minutes away from the cathedral & some decent resteranuts. The lady who checked in was friendly and helpful. Tea & coffee is included. The rooms are basic but done out nice. The only issue was with the lock.on the toilet door which jammed numerous times. Overall good value for money.
