Villa Magical Tower is a wonderful property located in the area of Zafferana Etnea, on the slopes of Mount Etna.

This exclusive property has been recently restored into a fantastic residence. Magical Tower is an old, rural farmhouse converted into a modern villa with all the latest amenities and features, keeping the original style such as stone walls and wooden ceilings. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people, 6 in the main villa and the other 4 can be accommodate into the closest loft called “Casetta” and into the “Depandance”.

Villa Magical Tower offers a terrific outdoor: a saltwater private pool with panoramic views, large and well-equipped terraces, a lovely garden with aromatic plants and a beautiful spa area with Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, multi-sensory shower and salt grotto.

All is framed into a natural unique environment, with its vineyards, orchards and low stone walls.

The interior has been thought thoroughly furnished with great care and attention to detail, in fact it has been renovated using eco-friendly materials, still retaining their character and original architectural features. Combining modern features with traditional elements, these stylish interiors is set as follows:

Ground Floor: living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, laundry room.

First Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite tub and shower, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 single bedroom with en-suite shower.

Lower Floor: wellness area with Jacuzzi, salt grotto, sauna, Turkish bath, multi-sensory shower, relaxing area.

Casetta: 1 suite with double bed (in the loft) and single sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower.

Dependance: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower.

The outdoor area also includes a kitchen with dining area and a small football pitch. The villa is equipped with gym room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, heating and fireplace. From the villa can be easily reached the other villages and natural beauties of the Etna Park and the most popular towns on the Ionian coast, such as Taormina, Catania and Syracuse.

Neighborhood and surroundings:
The magnificent coastal strip of the province of Catania overlooks the Ionian Sea with its crystalline waters of cobalt blue color, azure and turquoise.
Then there is nature, a generous and sometimes harsh nature and Mount Etna, the volcano, a UNESCO heritage since 2013, is its symbol.
Pebble beaches, small bays alternating with dark stretches of eruptive rocks, very high cliffs overlooking the sea, faraglioni dominating the sea, long golden coasts, complete a landscape that offers different sensations. This is Sicily!

Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights; changeover day flexible.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 400 kwh (over 400 kwh an extra charge of € 0,50 per kwh will be applied), mid-week tidying up (3 hrs.) with change of bath towels, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, welcome hamper (breakfast products), cot.
The pool is open from 1 April to 18 November.
The jacuzzi of the wellness area is heated up to 28 degrees only in the period from 01 Oct. to 31 May. During the rest of the year the jacuzzi won‘t be heated but still at disposal of the guests.
Pets not allowed.
Tourist tax: 1.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 10 nights, to pay cash on arrival
