The double room was very small... but very clean. The balcony was lovely. Good sized fridge. Unfortunately, there are no cleaning days while there for a week which would be ok if you had facilities to do this yourself but there isn't any. I asked for extra toilet roll and bin liners once and bumped into the young girl that was looking after the property on the stairs who did ask if I needed more bin bags and said she would leave one for us in the reception area but it wasn't left....neither were my partners glasses that we had asked for after he accidentally dropped them onto another balcony. The room would be ok for a couple of nights stay beyond that it is a struggle. The bed linen isn't the best either and could be better I found it quite itchy. Also if visiting Croatia I recommend insect repellent.....we were bitten to pieces .....very unpleasant! So to round up; clean pleasant, opposite a supermarket, 10 minutes to the beach and a couple of restaurants.....50 mins walk to old town and beautiful sunset views from the balcony!

Nice and quiet neighbourhood, the room had cute, tasteful interior decor and modern shower. Host was chill. Had a great stay. Recommend coming here with a car to visit Zadar. There's free parking close to the old town so why not stay in a quiet, well-furnished room outside of the action.

Good place for who has a car. Good parking spot and close enough to the city center. Very quiet and no outside noises. Very clean 100%. Has a supermarket right in front of the building which turned out to be very convenient.

Ons verblijf in Zadar was geweldig!

Good beach vibe

Very nice building in a very beach community. It was being managed for the owner by a young couple. Lucas was doing his best but needs a little direction in how to host. I was given apt 5 upstairs on the top floor. Great big balcony overlooking the water. Dining area. Small kitchen with small refrigerator. Rather small bedroom. Average size bathroom. Unfortunately the shower drain was not functional so the whole floor floods with each use. It is a shame because the area and building is very nice. Just needs some attention to details.
