家族3人で泊まりました、部屋はファミリールームで広かったです。 目の前がヨークミンスターという素晴らしい立地です、すぐ近くにパブもありヨーク駅からも歩ける距離でシャンブルズ通りなど近くに観光するところもあり良かったです。 朝食も美味しかったです、スタッフの方も親切でした。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

素敵な滞在でした。
立地抜群！ヨークミンスターが本当に目の前！ 私達が宿泊した部屋は、角部屋でした。大人4人のファミリーで利用しましたが、大きなスーツケースを充分に持ち込むスペースがありました。窓の外を覗くとすぐ目の前にヨークミンスターが見えます。内装や家具はとても可愛らしく、お風呂とトイレもゆったりとした作りでとても使いやすかったです。足を伸ばせる広いバスタブ、そして広い洗面台。お風呂上がりの着替えスペースも広く、大満足でした。ホテルのスタッフも親切でフレンドリー！またヨークを訪れる機会があれば、もう一度このホテルを利用したいです。 Excellent location! It’s right in front of York Minster! We stayed in a room in the corner which had a window that give us a great view of the Minster. We were 4 people but the room had enough space to open suitcases for each of us. The layout and interior of our room was pretty and the bathroom was very spacious so we were pleased to use it and we could actually relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice too. If we get another chance to visit York, we would definitely like to stay here again!

Nice location
Nicely located in the center of York city district. I stayed there for 4 nights. After the first night I asked to change the room as it was so noisy. The next room was comfortable with a nice view. Maybe it's better to ensure it is OK especially the summer season when we need to open the windows before making a reservation. Except this , this hotel was excellent in location, staff, and room facilities.

立地がミンスターの目の前とヨークの町観光するにはとても良い場所でした。また、ハネムーンだったのですが、内装がとてもゴージャスで素敵だったので、雰囲気が良く素敵な思い出となりました。

朝食が抜群！
以前泊まって以来、気に入って泊まっています。なんといってもオーダーできる朝食が魅力です。細かいリクエストにも（卵は固めにしてほしいとか、トマトは2個にしてとか）答えてくれて丁寧に説明してくれます。部屋が狭いのと、リフトがない部屋がいくつかあるのが少々不便です。頼むと荷物は運んでくれますが・・・

とても便利。夜の観光も少し街に出たい場合、とても便利。 私たちの宿泊した日は、なぜかダブルが1泊5万円。その価値はありませんでした。 不潔で、蜘蛛の巣だらけ。お風呂の湯船の上にも大きな蜘蛛の巣があり、そこにたくさんの埃が溜まっていました。一体いつから掃除をしていないのか…？ スタッフは、サービス良く、居心地は良かったです。

Top notch customer service, excellent location and would recommend for anyone visiting York to see the city. Breakfast was disappointing when comparing to other bits of our stay.

Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very large but somewhat dated. If traveling in a hot period, note that there is no air conditioning. No lift to 1st floor room, but the staff was willing to help take luggage up and down if needed.

Perfect position and literally only steps away from the Minster. Easy access to the typical York city centre ancient shopping streets. The hotel itself is comfortable and well appointed, and the staff were helpful and charming. The only negative point is the minuscule lift which barely holds two people and a suitcase. Valet parking is an additional bonus

The location was fantastic, right next door to York Minster. Did not like the heat in our top floor bedroom. The room was very comfortable and pleasant and air conditioning was supplied and helped a lot. However we were still very warm!

Great stay staff lovely and room lovely but the only let down for me was the breakfast if you don’t eat fried food or eggs there is not much more choice! The Inn Collection hotels always used to have a fruit platter which was great but they do not do fruit at all now which is a great shame

The person checking us in gave us a room with a view over the Minister which was great. The person who served us breakfast didn't seem to like being there, but breakfast was good.

Service was perfect.free upgrade when we arrived.left luggage while we walked around ghe city after check out..nothing was a problem to the helpful reception..breakfast was lovely with a varied menu.10/10 for my stay..

Great hotel overlooking the Minster and with a very easy walk to all attractions and the railway station. Welcoming staff, warm, cosy and clean room, great breakfast - all round lovely!

Lovely stay
Lovely hotel with a nice atmosphere and very clean throughout. The room we stayed in was beautiful & spacious. Plenty of chioce to eat at breakfast and i must say very nice too. The staff are extremely nice & helpful. We also had Sunday lunch while we stayed and im so glad we did, it was delicious 😋 Can't wait to make our 4th visit here as it very central to where we need to be.

Stayed one night during the week. The staff were very friendly and met all our needs. The hotel facilities were very good given the age and history of the building. I was aware of a kitchen extractor in a void at the back of my room but it didnt disturb my sleep. The location is excellent for sight seeing york but there are no parking spaces on site. Vehicles are valet parked once you arrive and returned in about 10 minutes when requested. Hotel food was good but there are plenty of interesting restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall i was happy with my choice and would stay again!

Excellent property in a great location, with a warm and fabulous welcome (thank you Frank). The room we stayed in was large, comfortable and had everything expected. The only criticism would be the excessive parking charges. Thankfully we were aware of the and took the decision to accept, but still excessive. A great stay in a recommended property.

Highly recommend staying here, my room was big and spacious, nicely decorated too. Breakfast was really nice too, whilst sitting you had a great view of the Minster. Great location too for the shops, Shambles etc. Thank you

So convenient in the heart of the city. Easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Used the valet parking, very easy and quick - saved us a lot of effort in finding parking. Staff were great and the meals delicious.
